In the most auspicious of circumstances, Chinese New Year began in 2023 on my birthday, January 22nd. Which can only mean great things for the year (minus the fact I spent the entire day sick in bed)
Chinese people believe that what you do at the start of the New Year will affect your luck throughout the whole year. Combine that with western traditions of new year’s resolutions and it very much seems a good time (and certainly not too late) to set the right habits, and plan the coming year.
Personally, I’m a huge believer in personal and business development. Here are some life hacks if you also want to make 2023 better than 2022.
A fantastic book for setting and achieving your goals
You’re 42% more likely to hit your goals if you write them out daily (Dr. Gail Matthews)
Motivation, support, advice, honest feedback. If you’re serious about improving, share your goals
By the way, if you’re a rabbit…
You’re quiet, elegant, kind and patient
Ridiculously famous Rabbits: Albert Einstein, Michael Jordan, Lionel Messi.
