Renters (Reform) Bill

There's more promising property industry news, this time for tenants and landlords.

The first draft of the Renters (Reform) Bill has just been announced and it has many positive developments for both renters and landlords.

‍

The main takeaways from the draft include a brand new ombudsman, the end of 'no fault evictions' and a new Landlords' database, all of which spell great news for tenants and will help to elevate (and minimise) any underperformance in the lettings industry.
